Summer Vacation

Earlier this month, we had the opportunity to spend a few days in San Diego- a quick, but MUCH needed break from the Arizona heat and the stress of the previous months. We spent those restful days at the Nelson's home. Uncle Doug and Aunt Linda were in North Carolina visiting Kimberly and were gracious enough to let us stay at their house while they were gone. Some of the highlights...
- 80 degree weather (about 25 degrees cooler than it was at home)
- Relaxing on the porch swing
- A yard for Daniel to run in
- Reading books (I finished two in four days- a record for me)
- Watching movies
- Daniel's first trip to Sea World (thanks Chuck and Amy!)
- Watching Daniel play on the beach

Our Turn

It looks like the baton has been passed to us. I've been inspired by my family (who is obviously more technologically advanced that I am) to jump on the bandwagon and share what's been happening in our neck of the woods. We have been blessed with friends and family across the country (and beyond) and this will be the most efficient way for you to keep up with our insanely busy lives. Those of you who know indeed how difficult it is to reach us by telephone (and haven't completely written us off by now) will finally receive a glimpse of what the Orona's have been up to. Stay tuned!
